Immigration's new rival on the political agenda: gun control HD

Obama is tasking Biden, a longtime gun control advocate, with spearheading the effort.


President Barack Obama promised immigration reform leaders that their cause would top his second-term agenda, making January their month. But immigration advocates are beginning to worry.
